The Nurse Fleur doll is one of the oldest Fleurs, but her outfit can still be found in great condition. This outfit is similar to Sindy nurse outfit from the late 1970s, but not exactly the same (they have different dresses, head caps and shoes). Inside Fleur's dress and cape, there is a paper label 'Made in Hong Kong' (see bottom middle photo). Fleur is fully ready to save lives thanks to her realistic accessories - thermometer, syringe and carry case (see bottom left photo).
The back of her box advertises Fleur furniture available at the time: a full living room suite (so brown!), a bedroom set, and a full kitchen (so brown - again!).

Parade Fleur doll is a gorgeous girl - she's definitely the leader of the band. She wears a bright red dress decorated with gold and white braid, red hat with a jaunty white feather, and white knee-high boots. In her hand, she carries a long, gold baton (it's the same baton as carried by Miss World Fleur doll).

I can't prove it, but I think someone at Otto Simon was a fan of ABBA, Just look at the promo photo (top left) - don't they look exactly like Anni-Frid and Agnetha? Maybe it's a subtle tribute? Just like Colour Star Fleur, this Fleur is living her best life onstage. As the 1982 booklet says, she is 'youw favoriete zangeres' (your favourite singer) after all!
You can buy her in a gold or silver outfit, which is made of 2 parts - strapless, knee-length jumpsuit, and a funky jacket with short cape (see bottom right photo). Big belt and matching headband complete the look. Her microphone has a clever little loop that fits on her thumb and looks like she's really holding it.
A Fleur doll without an outfit might be the Popstar doll if she has: a ballerina body, a slightly smaller head than late 1980s Fleurs like Surfing, Grand Gala or Jogging, center part hair, very subtle eyeshadow, and a little more blush on her cheeks than most other Fleurs.

Rainy Day Fleur doll is a gorgeous girl who doesn't give up on style even when it rains. She comes in a choice of three coat colours - blue, red or brown, each with a matching hat and umbrella. The coats look great with or without the belt. The handle of the umbrella is black or white.
Otto Simon clearly took great care to make this Fleur doll special - she has three promo photos (see them all below), an unusual box (the plastic window has rain drops painted on it), and a very beautiful outfit. Under the coat, Fleur wears a sleeveless dress that matches her coat. So far, I found two variations of her blue dress (shown in the photo in the 3rd row).
Also in the box - Fleur's four-legged friend. In the promo photos, the dog's leash is light brown or black.
Fun fact: okay, rainy day, is there a doll for a sunny day? Of course there is - meet Sunny Day Fleur.
