This is Fleur's second collection of mix-and-match outfits - catalogue number 1230, release year 1986, name Combi-Fashion.
The outfits in this collection are very cute, but some are made from rather thin fabrics, so the quality isn't the best. The colour palette is cheerful, mostly blue, white, red and green, with colourful stripes.
The back of each box shows Fleur modelling various pieces from this set - she looks so cute!
Below you see all four Combi-Fashion sets. The collection has four tops and four bottoms, plus accessories.
Fun fact: I have two boxes from France - see bottom row. They have Fleur slogan in French, and the words Combi-Fashion are missing from the front. Perhaps someone decided the name was untranslatable? Except for these differences, the boxes are exactly the same.
Accessories: one bag, one necklace, two pairs of sunglasses
Shoes: one pair of heels, one pair of running shoes
The page below is from the big Fleur booklet of 1986. It shows the full Combi-Fashion set in a nice flatlay arrangement, with a blonde Fleur doll. Her blue underwear is from outfit 1236.
The advertisement below is from a Dutch Knall mail order catalogue, probably from 1987 or even 1988. It is a promotion for a discounted
Special Offer Fleur doll (regular price 9.95, Knal price 4.95), plus a Combi-Fashion outfit as a free extra. That's a very low cost for two items - it is possible stores were trying to shift unsold Fleur stock at any price, because it was almost the end of her production.
