This yellow living room set was designed in 1986 and sold around 1987-1988 - towards the end of Fleur's production. Interestingly, it's the only Fleur set stamped with BTTM (C) 1986 copyright by Buhrmann Tetterode (Otto Simon's parent company) - on the furniture, not just on the box. This means that it was designed exclusively for Fleur. This is an interesting decision, considering that these were the last years of Fleur production. Almost all previous Fleur furniture was made using pre-existing factory molds, so it was not exclusive for her. There is no catalogue number printed on the boxes.
The set includes a sofa, armchair, footstool and coffee table. The pieces could be assembled into various combinations. You can see many more photos on my Fleur blog, including the photo of the copyright stamp.
If you compare this set to all other Fleur furniture, you'll notice that it doesn't really fit anything else in style or colour. Definitely a bold design decision!
The yellow Fleur sofa is cleverly made of two separable pieces. Together, they make a whole sofa. Separately, they make two armchairs (with one arm rest each). My two sofa pieces don't fit together as neatly as they do in the promo photo - I don't know if it's due to age, or a production flaw. The material is heavy yellow rubber, nicely molded into a soft-looking sofa shape. Those cushions look pretty realistic, don't you think?

The second set in Fleur's yellow living room is this 'luxury furniture set' (a very generic name, maybe the name 'chair, stool, table' was too long?). It is a perfect match to the sofa above. The black top of the coffee table is a loose piece of black vinyl, so it is easily lost.
